HOW THE METHOD WORKS →Bangladesh exported US$38.70 billion of ready-made garments in FY2025-26, of which US$19.06 billion (49.3%) went to the European Union (Export Promotion Bureau data, as reported by The Business Standard, 8 July 2026). Every one of those shipments falls under the ESPR passport rules once the textile delegated act applies, expected 2028–2029.
