The EU DPP Registry Is Live: Launched 20 July 2026
The Commission launched its Central DPP Registry on 20 July 2026, together with a testing environment — one day after the ESPR Article 13 set-up deadline. It is the identifier backbone that customs and market surveillance will query for every DPP-regulated product. The Article 25 unsold-goods ban had switched on the day before, on 19 July 2026.
