What happens in the pilot

Pick one style

Choose a style you ship to an EU buyer. We walk through the passport fields with you.

Collect the data

Most fields are already in your tech pack, lab reports and certificates. We help you find the missing ones.

Publish the passport

DPPLive checks the fields, makes the QR code (GS1 Digital Link if you choose) and publishes the live passport page.

Show your buyer

Scan the QR in front of your buyer or send the link. Then decide whether to continue on the Free plan.

About the pilot

Is the pilot really free?

Yes. There is no card and no contract. After four weeks you can stay on the Free plan, which covers up to 10 Digital Product Passports a month per factory, or stop.

Who does the work during the pilot?

Someone at your factory, usually the merchandiser or the compliance officer, enters the data for one style. We go through the fields with them and help find the missing ones.

What do we need to have ready?

The tech pack or bill of materials for one style, its fibre composition, recent lab test reports and any certificates you hold, for example OEKO-TEX, GOTS or GRS. Nothing to install: DPPLive runs in the browser.

What happens to the passport after the pilot?

It stays published. On the Free plan you keep publishing up to 10 passports a month; above that we agree a custom price with you. See pricing.
