The Free plan covers up to 10 DPPs per factory each month. Custom plans are priced per factory or per group, in US dollars; payment by bKash, card payment is coming soon. Factory accounts start in limited mode until approval, usually within 24 hours. The textile delegated act is expected in 2027; nothing you publish now is wasted, the passport data model follows ESPR Article 7.
Is DPPLive really free?
Yes, for up to 10 Digital Product Passports a month per factory, with no card. The cost of a passport should not be the reason a Bangladeshi factory stays out of the EU market. DPPLive is built in Dhaka for the factory side; the Free plan is sized for a factory publishing its first styles, not for a brand's compliance budget.
What if I need more than 10 DPPs a month?
Talk to us. A custom price depends on how many passports you publish and which features you need: team accounts, the carbon calculator, the buying-house portal, or several factories under one agreement. The price is agreed on your order before you pay anything.
Do I need to pay before I can see if it works?

Is there a contract?
Not on the Free plan. Custom plans run month to month; cancel any time. Published passports stay publicly readable for the retention period the EU rules require even after you leave; see the terms of service.
