Get the supplier data your passport needs
The brand publishes the passport; the factory holds the data. DPPLive brings it to you complete, in one field set, from suppliers who did the work on their side.
A brand placing garments on the EU market will publish the Digital Product Passport; the supplier holds most of the data. DPPLive is the factory-side platform that gets that data to you complete, in a fixed field set, from suppliers in Bangladesh and beyond. You do not have to onboard anyone onto your own system: the supplier publishes on DPPLive, you approve, the passport is live.
What a brand or buyer can do on DPPLive
- Request a passport from a supplier and track it: draft, waiting for buyer approval, published. Nothing goes public under your name until you approve it, and you can send it back with a note if a field is wrong.
- Read every passport in one field set. 83 fields in seven groups, following ESPR Article 7 and Annex I: identity, materials, chemicals and certificates, footprint, durability, care, circularity. The full list is public; hand it to your suppliers as the data request.
- Verify instead of trust. Certificates and test reports are attached to the passport, not pasted into an email. Where a supplier claims recycled content, the chain-of-custody certificate sits next to the claim.
- Find factories that already publish. Search by product type, certification and country. A factory with published passports has already done the data work.
- Keep the registry simple. When textile passports become mandatory, the registry submission under Regulation (EU) 2026/1778 is generated from the same record, with the identifiers the regulation expects.
Why the supplier side matters
Most passport projects stall on the same thing: the fibre percentage nobody wrote down, the dye house that never sent a chemical declaration, the GRS certificate that expired. Those problems live in the factory, and they are solved in the factory. DPPLive gives the supplier a readiness assessment in Bangla, Vietnamese and Chinese, help on every passport field and an interface in Bangla, so the data arrives complete the first time. Your sustainability team reviews; it does not chase.
What it costs the brand
Suppliers create up to 10 passports a month free and agree a custom price for more. A buyer account to request, read and approve them is opened on invitation from a supplier or from us. A brand or sourcing office that wants to onboard a whole supplier base under one agreement uses the Enterprise plan; see pricing.
Where this fits with your other obligations
The same supplier data answers more than ESPR. Origin and tier information feed the Forced Labour Regulation (applies 14 December 2027) and CSDDD due diligence; substance data feeds REACH and SCIP. The guides DPP vs EUDR, DPP vs CSDDD and four EU laws, one pipeline set out the overlaps.
Start with one supplier
Name one factory and one style. We run a free four-week pilot with them and you approve the result. If the passport is not something you would publish, you have lost nothing.
